A sought after workshop presenter and motivational speaker, Baleka has made presentations and consulted with major companies such as Tyson Foods, General Mills, Bass Pro, Cox Health, Springfield Utilities, and several digital health companies. He has been featured in such diverse magazines as Transportation Topics, Men's Health, Human Resources Executive, Swimmer Magazine, and Sports Illustrated. Baleka has also made numerous television appearances and has been featured on Fox Sports Live. He serves as an Ambassador for both the Swimming Saves Lives Foundation and their April Adult Learn To Swim Campaign as well as for Icebreaker Clothing.
