This online video workshop is for personal trainers and will be available in early 2016 through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM).  It combines the latest scientific research concerning nutrient timing and high intensity training, as well as original,industry leading research by Siphiwe Baleka on improving the metabolism of long haul truck drivers.

THE BALEKA METHOD™: DRIVING METABOLISM is designed to allow personal trainers to effectively coach clients in remote locations using the latest digital health devices and smartphone apps. Participants will learn the metabolic reality of obese people with sedentary jobs, changing  schedules, night shifts, and time constraints; understand the difference between weight loss and fat loss training techniques and how to train clients to produce a more efficient metabolism. No exercise equipment is necessary, and digital health devices and nutrition tracking apps are discussed.
